It is one of the most romantic lakes in the Dolomites

Q3, 2019

After a hike around the most instagrammable lake in the Dolomites with our dearest Labradoodle dog, it was time to set up the tripod with a panorama head to make sure the images with the wide angle lens would perfectly merge. Joined by several instagram look-alike-persons with several cameras and drones flying around, we were in good company. And there was a reason, the lake was calming, the temperatures where nice and the view is unbeatable. It was about time to take four vertical images to use in post processing to be merged into one horizontal image, to show the finest details when used as a big print. With the dog sitting next to me patiently, we were waiting for the sun to set, the lake to calm down, finally turn into a mirror to let us view this great landscape twice and capture this mountain photo for the webshop. Lago di Braies or Pragser Wildsee truly offers spectacular views.
